(More customer reviews) Leatherman's quality seems to be declining. The tool set is made in Taiwan, not the US.Mine arrived without the magnetic retainer ring that is supposed to hold the bits in place. Also, one of the bits was not machined. It was a billet of metal!I contacted Leatherman and they will send me a new driver, and hopefully a new bit too.The kicker is that they want *me* to mail *their* defective unit back at *my* expense.

Now, I own an original Leatherman tool, a SuperTool, a Micra, Two Squirts ("E" and "P"), and a Kick.I love them all.My last two purchases of Leatherman products have been this kit and an h500 Leatherman 830330 h500 Folding Straight-Edge Knife with Nylon Sheathknife.I've now had issues with both.I hope this isn't the trend of quality for this company.
